• Authenticate access

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information for advertising purposes.

3. Use of Map Services

The App integrates mapping functionality provided by Mapbox.

When map content is displayed, Mapbox may automatically receive limited technical information, such as:

• IP address
• Device type
• Map usage metrics

This information is processed by Mapbox under its own privacy policy. SensorEra does not control or access data collected directly by Mapbox through its SDK.

The App itself does not request or collect location permissions from the device.

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and access controls.

Personal information is retained only for the duration necessary to provide the App and fulfill contractual obligations with the subscribing organization.

Upon account termination, personal data will be deleted within a reasonable period unless required by law.
